The X-Files Episode 4 & 5

Wonderful! My 15 year old daughter is new to the xfiles...and she's been watching with me and asking tons of questions....but even as a newbie she gets it with Scully and mulder....today she said" that's the kind of relationship it should be. I love when the characters are just so connected to each other...it's unspoken...they'll love each other forever!" Exactly! Great job Gillian and David!

Does anyone else feel like watching the last 5 minutes of modern family in anticipation of X-FILES is tourcherous!!! I'm not even religious, but this is one of those moments I feel like I need to pray. I pray that Fox changes their pre-xfiles TV show line up.

Gee, thanks Glen- first "Wonderful, Wonderful" now "Downtown"- good songs that will now creep me out forever! I suppose you warned me with the episode title! But, it is soooo worth it!

oved tonight's episode. Really hit the mark on the connection between those two goes very deep. However, the preview for next week is a SEASON finale? Oh please tell me there's more coming!!

Looks like we are only getting 2 shows this season on the Alien story. I suggest a full 50/50 mix. Also, put Skinner in some of the non Alien stories, he was before as I recall. I like how William is being brought into it though, and I am intrigued by the quarter necklace. Good episode. Can't wait til next week.

OMG, I love that Scully and Mulder have aged. I love the new life issues that are present. I don't know if it's the writing or how David and Gillian just naturally bring these two characters to life. But I just have to say, it's absolutely amazing. I love every delicious second. I was moved tonight to tears, having lost my mother. Please keep doing what you're doing. We are so in love with it! Emoticón heart

otally disliking the shallow comments regarding Gillian's appearance..who cares? This is supposed to be focused on the show; that said - I've avoided commenting on the whole only 6 episodes bit because all of us knew that that's all they were going to do but dang..right now, after THAT episode...six really? That's it? Bums me out; but given the preview for the next episode...maybe that shows hope for a full reboot with new characters? Wouldn't be the same X-Files but I'd be open to it

Tell me something, if they gave up their child to protect him from everything that goes on with abductees and their offspring, etc. wouldn't the bad guys/aliens be able to find their son without them? I mean couldn't their child be abducted and never understand why but at least they would have been able to explain it all to him?
